Service Inside Sales - Albuquerque​

Position Overview:

The Service Inside Sales position will be responsible for aiding the sales team to drive revenue across all segments of business.  Pursue customer service excellence and help to develop long term relationships to leverage opportunity in pursuit of sales.

What you will do:

  • Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work and coordinates the preparation of cost estimates on project continuations. Verifies and quotes prices, credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained
  • Work in assigned territory, partnering closely with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, sales colleagues, the Parts team and Technicians
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
  • Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business alongside Account Manager
  • Plan and organize maintenance agreement contracts alongside service team
  • Assist service coordination team as needed in reference to service coordinator duties
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from Daikin installed equipment database, industry sources, business directories, vertical market information or any other lead generation source
  • Travel throughout assigned territory periodically with Account Manager to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, build customer relationships and follow up on customer concerns
  • Prepare reports of pipeline, sales activity and business plans
  • Identify and implement tools and resources to assist in sales efforts (e.g. energy rebates, estimated payoffs, ROI)
  • Plan, organize, and guide projects through to completion; involves internal and external subject matter experts as needed
  • Work with multiple vendors/contractors to deliver complex, highly customizable products/solutions to clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $85,000 in New Mexico. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sales commission/incentive plan.
